اگر خون 16 اگست صبح 8:14 بجے سے پہلے بند ہو جاۓ تو غسل کر کے نمازیں شروع کر لیں، لیکن احتیاطا 16 اگست صبح 8:14 بجے کو بھی غسل کر لیجیے۔

You are in the days of your hayd right now, so, if bleeding continues you cannot do any of your ritual worship.
If its less than 3 days and nights, it will all be istihada.
If bleeding continues till 16th Aug 8.14am, then you must do ghusl on 16th Aug 8.14am and begin ibadaat.
If the bleeding stops before 16th Aug 8.14am then take ghusl immediately and start saying your prayers but take ghusl on 16th Aug 8.14am too to be on the safe side.
If the questioner is married, then she should keep this in mind as well:
Even if the bleeding stops and she performs ghusl and resumes salah, intimacy with husband remains prohibited till 16th Aug 8.14am.
