Question:
Past Three Months Periods: 30/10/24 05/11/24 8/12/24 15/12/24 24/01/25 29/01/24 When I Wiped Yesterday 4pm (27/02), There Was A Little Bit Of Blood With Discharge. However, Nothing Came Out On To My Liner. When I Wiped Later, There Was Another Tiny Trace Of Blood But Nothing Was On The Liner Again. Since All Of Today (28/02), There’s Not Been Anything When I’ve Wiped! But, My Past Two Periods, For The First Few Days Of Each Period, I’ve Had Issue With My Flow Coming Out On To My Pad! This May Be Related To My Weight Gain But Essentially The Blood Would Be Coming Out But Just Staying Inside My Private Area And Not Coming On To The Pad. This Would Cause Me To Feel Uncomfortable For The First Few Days Of My Period. After These Few Days, It Would Come Out Normally But Still Way Less Than What I Used To Get On My Periods. It’s Worth Noting That I Changed My Pad Brand From Always To Bodyform In The Last Two Months (As I Have Recently Seen Lots Of People Speaking Out About How Bad Always Pads Are).

📝 Answer:

The bleeding and purity (tuh’r) has been in the following sequence:

30 October to 5 November, a total of 6 days of period.

33 days of purity (tuh’r)

8 December to 15 December, a total of 7 days of period.

40 days of purity (tuh’r)

24 January to 29 January, a total of 5 days of period.

29 days of purity (tuh’r)

27 February to 2 March, a total of 3 days of bleeding. (This is a case of Ayyam-e-Qabliyya).

❄️ Habit: 5 days/40 days

It is not correct for you to stop ibadaat when bleeding starts. You should continue ibadaat till 10 March, the start of your habit.

Your habit days are beginning from 10 March. If bleeding continues till then, then you should stop praying from 10 March.

If bleeding stopped at or before 9 March, and there was an interval of at 15 days of complete purity after it, all of this will become haidh, and ibadaat performed in this time will become null and void.

If bleeding continues past 9 March, all ibadaat will remain valid.

Kindly, keep note of the bleeding/spotting with month, date and time.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.
