I have a question regarding menstruation in ramadan.. i’m 18 and have a very irregular period and i was on my period the first week of ramadan (finished on the 5th) meaning i should be on again the last week of ramadan but on the 15th i started spotting (red not brown) and atm im bleeding as i would on a normal period. does this make my fast and salahs invalid and should i still be fasting/ praying?
i also want to confirm that i’ve never been pregnant/ no chances of being pregnant if that matters
in november 2024- i was spotting from 30th oct, 31st oct and i started my period on the 1st nov ended on the 8th and spotted till 10th
in december 2024- i spotted on the 2nd and started on the 3rd ended on the 7th and had spotting on the 8th (this period was heavier than usual)
in january 2025- i had spotting on the 13th, 14th, 15th, and started on the 16th and finsihed on the 21st
(i assumed i was really late as the end of dec i went for umrah and was taking dust allergy medication and read it can delay periods)
in february 2025- i spotted on the 1st and 2nd. started on the 3rd ended on the 8th and spotted on 9th
then i spotted on the 25th feb, 26th feb and started on the 27th and ended on the 4th march and had spotting on the 5th march. and on my Flo app it said i should be coming on again on the 25th march.
normally my spotting is usually brown and then gradually turns red towards period and when its the end it gradually turns from red to brown.
but then i started spotting on the 15th march, 16th, 17th, and today. even on the 15th the spotting was not brown it was blood but light and has gradually got heavier as every time i go bathroom now i have been changing my pad a lot just in 1 day.
i have discharge but not coloured other than that im clean between
