*All dates/timings of blood/spotting/coloured discharge must be included within the dates. If not, the answer may be incorrect.* Age under 40 2024 September 24-30 October 23-27 November 26-December 1 January 21-29 February 20 - saw some blood (afternoon, around 7pm) Feb 21-22 - all clear no blood Feb 23 - some blood again in the morning, I think around 10 Feb 24-25 nothing Feb 26 - blood, around 12 pm. 📝 Answer:

The bleeding and purity (tuh’r) has been in the following sequence:

24 September to 30 September, a total of 6 days of period.

23 days of purity (tuh’r)

23 October to 27 October, a total of 4 days of period.

30 days of purity (tuh’r)

26 November to 1 December, a total of 5 days of period.

51 days of purity (tuh’r)

21 January to 29 January, a total of 8 days of period.

22 days of purity (tuh’r)

29 days of continued bleeding from 20 February to 21 March (since you haven’t had 15 or more blood-free days at a stretch in there)

➖➖➖➖

✍️ Solution:

🔸 20 February to 21 March, a total of 29 days of definitive purity (istehadha).

▪ If you left any salah thinking of it as haidh and it turned out to be istehadha, then make qada of them.

➖➖➖➖

❄ Habit: 8 days/51 days

You are in the days of your period right now, so, if bleeding continues you cannot do any of your ritual worship.

If bleeding stops before 24 March (3 days), then please ask again, as the masla will change.

If bleeding continues till 29 March, then you must do ghusl on 29 March and begin ibadaat.

If the questioner is married, then she should keep this in mind as well:

Even if the bleeding stops and she performs ghusl and resumes salah, intimacy with husband remains prohibited till 29 March.

If the bleeding stops before 29 March then take ghusl immediately and start saying your prayers but take ghusl on 29 March too to be on the safe side.

Kindly, keep note of the bleeding/spotting with month, date and time.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.
