If you performed ghusl on 12th Apr 4.20pm, salat after it are all valid. If you didn't, then make qada of all the salat until you took ghusl.
If you left any salat thinking of it as hayd and it turned out to be istihada, then make qada of them.

In case this bleeding continues without complete 15 days of purity, then until 9th May 12.30pm, are certainly the days of tuhr
