Fatimah Hajj 25 UK *All dates (and timings if you have) of any blood, spotting, and coloured discharge must be included within the dates. If not, the answer may be incorrect.* My last 3 period dates are as follows, the first 3 days are all just spotting brown discharge which I always assume is not my period, but I have included them in the dates below 19th Jan - 27th Jan 27th March - 9th March 7th April - 17th April 16th May - 27th May 16th June one time spotting My period app is currently showing that I am due on 22nd June. I never spot discharge or bleed outside of these dates. Apologies apa, the dates I have given are including spotting days The brown discharge only ever occurs before my period Yess it’s included. 📝 Answer:

The bleeding and purity (tuh’r) has been in the following sequence:

19 January to 27 January, a total of 8 days of period.

31 days of purity (tuh’r)

27 February to 9 March, a total of 10 days of period.

29 days of purity (tuh’r)

7 April to 17 April, a total of 10 days of period.

29 days of purity (tuh’r)

16 May to 27 May, a total of 11 days of blood.

➖➖➖➖

✍️ Solution:

♦️ 16 May to 26 May, a total of 10 days of period.

🔸 26 May to 27 May, a total of 1 day of definitive purity (istehadha).

▪ If you performed ghusl on 26 May, salah after it are all valid. If you didn't, then make qada of all the salah until you took ghusl.

▪ If you left any salah thinking of it as haidh and it turned out to be istehadha, then make qada of them.

➖➖➖➖

1 day of istehadha + 20 days of purity (tuh’r) = 21 days of invalid purity (tuh'r-e-faasid).

16 June to 16 June, a total of 0 days of bleeding. (This is a case of Ayyam-e-Qabliyya).

❄ Habit: 10 days/29 days

It is not correct for you to stop ibadaat when bleeding starts. You should continue ibadaat till 24 June, the start of your habit.

Your habit days are beginning from 24 June. If bleeding continues till then, then you should stop praying from 24 June.

If bleeding stopped at or before 26 June, and there was an interval of at 15 days of complete purity after it, all of this will become haidh, and ibadaat performed in this time will become null and void.

If bleeding continues past 26 June, all ibadaat will remain valid.

Kindly, keep note of the bleeding/spotting with month, date and time.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.
