It is not correct for you to stop ibadaat when bleeding starts. You should continue ibadaat till 29th Jun 6.46am, the start of your habit.
Your habit days are beginning from 29th Jun 6.46am. If bleeding continues till then, then you should stop praying from 29th Jun 6.46am.
If bleeding stopped at or before 2nd Jul 4.45pm, and there was an interval of at least 15 days of complete purity after it, all of this will become hayd, and ibadaat performed in this time will become null and void.
If bleeding continues past 2nd Jul 4.45pm, all ibadaat will remain valid.
Kindly, keep note of the bleeding/spotting with month, date and time.
