You are in the days of your period right now, so, if bleeding continues you cannot do any of your ritual worship.
If bleeding stops before 26 September at 6:00 pm (3 days), and is followed by a 15 day or more period of purity, then all of this will become istehadha.
If the questioner is married, then she should keep this in mind as well:
Even if the bleeding stops and she performs ghusl and resumes salah, intimacy with husband remains prohibited till 28 September at 6:00 am.
If bleeding continues after 3 October at 6:00 pm (10 days), or stops, but starts again with gaps of less than 15 days, then please ask the masla again.
If the bleeding stops before 28 September at 6:00 am then take ghusl immediately and start saying your prayers but take ghusl on 28 September at 6:00 am too to be on the safe side.

اس ترتیب سے خون آیا اور پاکی ملی:
29 اگست صبح 5:30 بجے تا 2 ستمبر شام 5:30 بجے کل 4 دن 12 گھنٹے حیض کے ہیں۔
21 دن 30 منٹ پاکی۔
23 ستمبر شام 6:00 بجے سے 24 ستمبر صبح 9:30 بجے تک کل 15 گھنٹے 30 منٹ خون۔
❄ عادت: حیض: 4 دن 12 گھنٹے، پاکی: 47 دن
فی الحال آپ کے حیض کے دن ہیں۔ خون جاری رہنے کی صورت میں عبادات سے رک جائیں۔
اگر خون 26 ستمبر شام 6:00 بجے یعنی 3 دن سے پہلے رک جاتا ہے،اور پھر مکمل 15 دن کی پاکی مل گیٔ تو یہ سب استحاضہ بن جاۓ گا۔
اگر سائلہ شادی شدہ ہیں تو یہ مسئلہ بھی مدنظر رکھیں:
اگر خون رک بھي جاۓ اور غسل کر کے نمازيں بھي شروع کر لي ہوں، تب بھي 28 ستمبر صبح 6:00 بجے سے پہلے صحبت کي اجازت نہيں۔
اگر خون 3 اکتوبر شام 6:00 بجے یعنی 10 دن کے بعد بھی جاری رہے، یا رک جاۓ لیکن 15 دن سے کم پاکی کے بعد دوبارہ شروع ہو جاۓ تو مسئلہ دوبارہ پوچھ لیجۓ۔
اگر خون 28 ستمبر صبح 6:00 بجے سے پہلے بند ہو جاۓ تو غسل کر کے نمازیں شروع کر لیں، لیکن احتیاطا 28 ستمبر صبح 6:00 بجے کو بھی غسل کر لیجیے۔
جب بھی خون یا دھبے آئیں تو وقت تاریخ مہینہ نوٹ فرمالیجئے۔
