📝 Answer:

The bleeding and purity (tuh’r) has been in the following sequence:

21 January to 28 January, a total of 7 days of period.

22 days of purity (tuh’r)

19 February to 26 February, a total of 7 days of period.

27 days of purity (tuh’r)

20 days of continued bleeding from 24 March to 13 April (since you haven’t had 15 or more blood-free days at a stretch in there)

➖➖➖➖

✍️ Solution:

♦️ 24 March to 31 March, a total of 7 days of period.

🔸 31 March to 13 April, a total of 13 days of definitive purity (istehadha).

▪ If you performed ghusl on 31 March, salah after it are all valid. If you didn't, then make qada of all the salah until you took ghusl.

▪ If you left any salah thinking of it as haidh and it turned out to be istehadha, then make qada of them.

➖➖➖➖

❄️ Habit: 7 days/27 days

You are in the days of your purity (tuh’r) right now, so keep up your ritual worship as usual.

In case this bleeding continues without complete 15 days of purity, then until 27 April, are certainly the days of purity (tuh'r)

Kindly, keep note of the bleeding/spotting with month, date and time.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.
