If bleeding continues till 23rd Jan, then you must do ghusl on 23rd Jan and begin ibadaat.
If the bleeding stops before 23rd Jan then take ghusl immediately and start saying your prayers but take ghusl on 23rd Jan too to be on the safe side.
If the questioner is married, then she should keep this in mind as well:
Even if the bleeding stops and she performs ghusl and resumes salah, intimacy with husband remains prohibited till 23rd Jan.
