I used to be on injection for contraception and use to stop almost all the time so I use to count 10days period and 15 days istihada, thrn I changed to the coil and that’s been the habit since September
The first 5days that I come on I’m very light, like hardly anything on panty liner just on tissue when I wipe, then last 5days there’s more bleeding, but in total I’m in for 10days
as for as I can think I think I use to start morning time like .7/7:30am
I think ending was about after zohar around 2pm
