📝 Answer:

Pregnancy

Date of delivery: 22 November

The bleeding and purity (tuh’r) has been in the following sequence after delivery: 22 November to 1 January, a total of 40 days of post-natal bleeding.

73 days of purity (tuh’r)

15 March to 25 March, a total of 10 days of period.

271 days of purity (tuh'r). (Since purity (tuh’r) is of more than 6 months, therefore 60 days shall be taken as habit of purity (tuh’r)

21 December to 1 January, a total of 11 days of blood.

➖➖➖➖

✍️ Solution:

♦️ 21 December to 31 December, a total of 10 days of period.

🔸 31 December to 1 January, a total of 1 day of definitive purity (istehadha).

▪ If you performed ghusl on 31 December, salah after it are all valid. If you didn't, then make qada of all the salah until you took ghusl.

▪ If you left any salah thinking of it as haidh and it turned out to be istehadha, then make qada of them.

➖➖➖➖

1 day of istehadha + 28 days of purity (tuh’r) = 29 days of invalid purity (tuh'r-e-faasid).

29 January to 1 February, a total of 3 days of period.

❄ Habit: Nifas : 40 days, Haidh : 3 days, Purity (Tuh’r): 60 days

You are in the days of your period right now, so, if bleeding continues you cannot do any of your ritual worship.

If the questioner is married, then she should keep this in mind as well:

Even if the bleeding stops and she performs ghusl and resumes salah, intimacy with husband remains prohibited till 8 February.

If bleeding continues after 8 February (10 days), or stops, but starts again with gaps of less than 15 days, then please ask the masla again.

If the bleeding stops before 8 February then take ghusl immediately and start saying your prayers but take ghusl on 8 February too to be on the safe side.

Kindly, keep note of the bleeding/spotting with month, date and time.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.
