If you performed ghusl on 19th Dec 11.30pm, salat after it are all valid. If you didn't, then make qada of all the salat until you took ghusl.
If you left any salat thinking of it as hayd and it turned out to be istihada, then make qada of them.

If the questioner is married, then she should keep this in mind as well:
Even if the bleeding stops and she performs ghusl and resumes salah, intimacy with husband remains prohibited till 15th Feb 12.05am.
If bleeding continues after 20th Feb 5.50am (10 days), or stops, but starts again with gaps of less than 15 days, then please ask the masla again.
If the bleeding stops before 15th Feb 12.05am then take ghusl immediately and start saying your prayers but take ghusl on 15th Feb 12.05am too to be on the safe side.
