You are in the days of your hayd right now, so, if bleeding continues you cannot do any of your ritual worship.
If bleeding continues till 28th Mar, then you must do ghusl on 28th Mar and begin ibadaat.
If the bleeding stops before 28th Mar then take ghusl immediately and start saying your prayers but take ghusl on 28th Mar too to be on the safe side.
If the questioner is married, then she should keep this in mind as well:
Even if the bleeding stops and she performs ghusl and resumes salah, intimacy with husband remains prohibited till 28th Mar.
