♦️ 9 جولائ شام 4:00 بجے تا 12 جولائ رات 8:00 بجے کل 3 دن 4 گھنٹے حیض کے ہیں۔

🔸 12 جولائ رات 8:00 بجے تا 31 جولائ رات 8:00 بجے کل 19 دن یقینی پاکی (استحاضہ) کے ہیں۔
