7 August at 7:00 pm to 10 August at 6:00 am, a total of 2 days and 11 hours of blood.

25 مئی دوپہر 2:00 بجے تا 30 مئی صبح 6:00 بجے کل 4 دن 16 گھنٹے حیض کے ہیں۔
20 دن 6 گھنٹے پاکی۔
19 جون دوپہر 12:00 بجے تا 24 جون شام 6:00 بجے کل 5 دن 6 گھنٹے حیض کے ہیں۔
21 دن پاکی۔
15 جولائ شام 6:00 بجے تا 21 جولائ صبح 6:00 بجے کل 5 دن 12 گھنٹے حیض کے ہیں۔

جب بھی خون یا دھبے آئیں تو وقت تاریخ مہینہ نوٹ فرمالیجئے۔
