For my previous baby I gave birth on 9 December 2024 at 13:33 (1:33pm). The recorded bleeding history was:
* 9 December 2024 – 14 January 2025: Lochia/Nifas from birth onwards.
* 15 January 2025: Lochia stopped.
* 27 January 2025 - 15 February intermittent spotting and then I got my normal period (I have a more detailed log of all the spotting until my period returned to normal.)
