📝 Answer:

The bleeding and purity (tuh’r) has been in the following sequence before pregnancy:

4 November to 13 November, a total of 9 days of period.

22 days of purity (tuh’r)

5 December to 14 December, a total of 9 days of period.

Pregnancy

Date of delivery: 28 August

The bleeding and purity (tuh’r) has been in the following sequence after delivery:

28 August to 11 October, a total of 44 days of blood.

➖➖➖➖

✍️ Solution:

♦️ 28 August to 7 October, a total of 40 days of post-natal bleeding.

🔸 7 October to 11 October, a total of 4 days of definitive purity (istehadha).

▪ If you performed ghusl on 7 October, salah after it are all valid. If you didn't, then make qada of all the salah until you took ghusl.

▪ If you left any salah thinking of it as haidh and it turned out to be istehadha, then make qada of them.

➖➖➖➖

4 days of istehadha + 20 days of purity (tuh’r) = 24 days of invalid purity (tuh'r-e-faasid).

31 October to 2 November, a total of 2 days of blood.

❄ Habit: Nifas : 40 days, Haidh : 9 days, Purity (Tuh’r): 22 days

You are in the days of your period right now, so, if bleeding continues you cannot do any of your ritual worship.

If bleeding stops before 3 November (3 days), and is followed by a 15 day or more period of purity, then all of this will become istehadha.

If the questioner is married, then she should keep this in mind as well:

Even if the bleeding stops and she performs ghusl and resumes salah, intimacy with husband remains prohibited till 9 November.

If bleeding continues after 10 November (10 days), or stops, but starts again with gaps of less than 15 days, then please ask the masla again.

If the bleeding stops before 7 November then take ghusl immediately and start saying your prayers but take ghusl on 7 November too to be on the safe side.

Kindly, keep note of the bleeding/spotting with month, date and time.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.
