If you left any salat thinking of it as hayd and it turned out to be istihada, then make qada of them.
29th Oct to 7th Nov, a total of 9b of period.
7th Nov to 25th Nov, a total of 18p of definitive invalid purity (istihada).
If you performed ghusl on 7th Nov, salat after it are all valid. If you didn't, then make qada of all the salat until you took ghusl.
