16 اکتوبر رات 12:00 بجے تا 26 اکتوبر رات 12:00 بجے کل 10 دن حیض کے ہیں۔
حمل 64 دن پاکی۔
30 دسمبر رات 8:00 بجے کو اسقاط ہوا غیر مستبین الخلقہ (یعنی بچے کا کوئی عضو نہیں بنا)۔ 29 دسمبر رات 12:00 بجے تا 7 جنوری صبح 8:00 بجے کل 9 دن 8 گھنٹے حیض کے ہیں۔

جب بھی خون یا دھبے آئیں تو وقت تاریخ مہینہ نوٹ فرمالیجئے۔
